1. REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE
Registration for this event is free of charge and subject to availability. Attendees must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. Registration confirmation does not guarantee entry if the event reaches capacity or if registration details cannot be verified.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This event is intended for attendees aged 18 and above. The organizers reserve the right to request valid identification to verify age or registration details where reasonably necessary.
3. CANCELLATION AND NON-ATTENDANCE
If you are unable to attend, please notify the organizers in advance so your place may be offered to another participant. Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for future events organized by the same organizers.

The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, program, speakers, venue, or format when necessary. If the event is postponed or cancelled, registered attendees will be notified using the contact details provided during registration.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally toward other participants, speakers, organizers, co-hosts, and venue personnel. Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive behavior, deliberate disruption, unlawful conduct, or behavior that materially compromises the safety or respectful atmosphere of the event will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the event, any attendee whose conduct violates these standards or otherwise reasonably threatens the safety, well-being, or proper operation of the event, subject to applicable law.
6. DEFAMATION AND PROTECTION OF REPUTATION
Attendees must not engage in unlawful defamation or knowingly make or publish false statements of fact about the organizers, co-hosts, speakers, partners, or other attendees with the intention or effect of unlawfully damaging their reputation. Where there is a reasonable basis to believe that an attendee has engaged in potentially unlawful defamatory conduct, the organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including refusing admission, removing the attendee from the event, preserving relevant evidence, and pursuing available legal remedies under applicable Thai law. Nothing in this clause is intended to prohibit lawful criticism, good-faith opinions, or other expression protected by applicable law.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND AUDIO RECORDING
Photography, video recording, or audio recording may take place during the event. Any collection, use, or publication of identifiable attendee images or recordings by the organizers will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Attendees who have concerns about being photographed or recorded should contact the organizers before the event. Any separate consent required by law will be obtained where applicable.
8. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Personal information collected during registration will be used for event administration, registration management, attendee communications, and other purposes disclosed to attendees. Personal data will be collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), where applicable.
9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND SAFETY
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and must comply with venue rules, safety instructions, and applicable laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
